We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, therefore a lot of times we would have big breakfast that contains a lot of carbs and sometimes not even healthy when we want to loss weight. So I'm always careful and make fruit yogurt bowls for breaky when I want to loss weight.

we always eat heavy breakfast when we want to loss weight and be thinking the next meal we will have less and healthier food, or just simple salad, but it's hard to follow, and then end up being fatter, haha ;P

Are you assuming that a cup of orange juice or apple juice is just as healthy as juicing on your own? If you’re a daily juice drinker, that eight ounce of liquid may be sabotaging your weight-loss goals. And if you’re pouring orange juice from a container it’s probably packed with sugar (most store-bought juices are).

Well if your eating sugary food or a lot of carbs for breakfast it could very well be sabotaging your weight loss. My nutritionist suggested I eat fruits and grains and lay off the donuts

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Limit sugar but calories are fine because its the energy you will use for fuel through the day.

I have a french girlfriend and she loves to have bread and chocolate for breakfast. I don't know how she does it, I can't tolerate sweet food in the morning, I stick to eggs and toast.
