For the ones that used yoga to burn fat will know that isn't needed crazy workouts to burn fat. Yoga will always working the strength of the body.

Yoga is enough. Try to do at least once a week 108 surya namaskar. Check how much time you take. Lesser is better. Check your fitness.

As much as I love my power yoga.. unless I bike, walk or do cycling or spinning or crossfit I am not as fit as I could be. Consistency is the key with a variety of exercises.

Years back, I tried doing some Yoga to relieve my back pain and it worked. I just can't find time to do some workout this time around because of my work schedule. Hope I can try this 15-minute workout.

I go to the gym twice a week. I rarely go for a yoga session.
