An amazing woman, but why don't you also build some for poor kids

What a awesome woman. I love dogs and I think it takes a special kind of person to do this.

The Luvable Dog Rescue in Oregon is home to many lucky pit bulls, amongst other dogs. The pups have a total of 55 acres of land which includes forest, meadows, hiking trails, and a small country road, all of which they can use to relax and feel at home while their waiting for their forever families to pick them.

All dogs rescued by FDNLS are kept in our care for at least one week before becoming available for adoption, so that we may monitor their behavior and health. All newly available dogs are posted on our Adoptable Dogs page every Thursday evening.

These cottages help shelter staff and volunteers understand what each of the dogs would be like in a home environment. And it’s not just the outside of the cottages that are homelike: inside, they have furniture, artwork, and views of the woods.

This is a great way to use your land, give back to animals. So many animals are killed and don't get the space they need. This is heaven to them.

The worst part about visiting an animal shelter is seeing all of those animals in cages. Even if there's a room to stretch out and maybe a blanket or a bed inside, it's hard to see those sad little furbabies behind bars. That's exactly why one Oregon shelter is doing away with the bars and giving their pups cottages instead, to help them feel more at home while they wait for their forever families.

It should be mandatory that house dogs get vacations also. Somewhere they CA roam free and be an actual dog for once.
