It was really missing any credibility. This was the last hurrah of the aging White Baby Boomer feminists as they march to the graveyard. They represent fewer than 10% of US women.

The only things missing from the march were legitimacy and sanity. It was illegitimate because it was really a political, rather than a women's march. It was insane because of what Madonna and Judd said, the repulsive homemade signs, and the fact that women in America have more rights & opportunities than any other nation on earth.

It was for equity and reproductive rights, that will definitely be reduced with the results of the presidential election.

Great job leaving such a mess behind protesting against things that haven't even happened. Used to be a big supporter of yours.

Let me ask you a question. While I understand that the women's march is for equality, do you really feel that a women can have an abortion just because? Does life really mean so little?"My body, my rules" how the hell does that work out for the unborn child.

The entire world marched and supported this. Yes, the percentage of feminists is far lower than what it should be, yet this march represents women in general. Whom, today, make 49.6% of the worlds, current, population. This was for equality in a world that has just elected a fascist, sexist, misogynistic, rapist in one of the most powerful positions.

Where were you when Obama destroyed Syria. You also support hillary clinton Who is supported by a Saudia Arabia and we know how they treat women . I say this march is about something else.

The point is, that women should have the right to make that choice for themselves. That the state cannot make decisions for you, regarding your body, as well as whether you are going to have to raise a child or not, which is a life changing decision, that only the parents should have the right to make.

There are women in this country still subjected to discrimination, domestic violence, and oppression. Just because you aren't, doesn't mean it's not happening. Trumps"locker room talk" is proof that it happens. That is what this march was about. Having said that, I don't believe in the riots or hatred being spread because Trump was elected. There needs to be better organization towards stopping the oppression of women who can't speak for themselves. A protest doesn't help people when the message isn't clear. Protesting someones election is preposterous. Try protesting against the specific things I listed above. BTW, men can also be subjected to the above list as well.

Things that haven't happened yet? The march was the result of a society that, still, to this day, ignores the basic rights of women. These things do happen, everyday, in every country. It is incredibly naive to believe otherwise.

Someone gets it! Thank you. The protest helped to bring attention to the cause, due to the mass coverage that it got. However, I do agree, that a protest is not going to do much. Unfortunately, the world has already forgotten that it happened...We do need better organisations, and systems, in place, in order to achieve equality. A protest is not enough.

When I saw that women were marching I wondered if they were finally demanding full equality and demanding to be required to register for selective service.

Women in the US might have more rights than most, yet, we are still fighting, and marching to simply be considered, as human beings, as men are. Being treated as subhumans is, a political issue, as it is embedded within our society, and the state. When I say"our" I mean, all over the world. Some countries, more severe, than others.

I support human rights, but your message gets lost and discarded when your speakers speak of violence, and fill their speeches with profanity. Some classless signs too. SMH. Try to stay classy folks.

You are my daughter's hero. I can't wait to share this with her. We went to the sister Women's March in Louisville, and she'll be thrilled to learn that you marched as well. Thank you for being such a wonderful role model !

I know I am probably going to get all kinds of negative replys but can someone tell me which rights women have lost. Anyone, please!

What exactly are you marching for? What rights don't women have that they want in 2017? I think that this is a bandwagon thing that people that don't like Trump, a guy who at the time of the march wasn't even working yet. Is it equal rights or superior rights you're after?

It's not just women but real men too are not happy with the lack of respect to men and women of this world... We are all wonderful and no angry people should have the power or rights to say otherwise. ... keep up the good fight hun

Thanks God I don't live in a country where they treat women like a street dog or doesn't want to hear women voice and opinions. America is a great country where so many people are nothing but just taking it for granted.

Please explain what rights were taken away from women since Trump has been elected? What rights have been stomped on or are about to be repealed? What women's rights did you march for that you now won back? Because if that is the case, you should blame the previous administration for taking them away.
