Voice actor. I dream of one day being in line at a Disney theme park and spotting a kid wearing a shirt with my character on it, and in the characters voice saying"hey nice shirt" followed by a wink and a knowing smile.

Astronaut!
I applied to be one in the most recent NASA call for astronaut candidates. Unfortunately, so did 18,300 other people, and they're looking to hire 14 tops. :(

I've got a pipe dream about starting up a sandwich place (and getting my unemployed brother to assist in running it) and either selling it or expanding to 2 or 3 shops.
While this is ongoing, (as I work in IT) I'd like to become a freelance web designer and/or ultimately freelance IT consultant.

I'm a teacher and I really love what I do. My dream would be to have class sizes of no more than 15. Any more makes it very difficult, but on the rare days when only 15 or less of my students show up, it is an absolute dream.

Currently doing a masters in Tropical Marine Biology, so I'd love a research position after it (though it'd be as an assistant until I got a PhD). Though my absolute dream job would be researcher for nature documentaries. Long odds, lots of work, would have to go back to the bottom of the ladder again because I have no media experience etc.

I'd love to be YouTube famous. That sounds silly, I know, but how cool is it that these people get to work from home discussing/doing the things they are passionate about while also earning tons of money for it? Some of them are millionaires, have gotten to travel the world and have been able to create empires from nothing but uploading videos.
Unfortunately, I don't have the personality for that. I'd sit in front of the camera, probably drunk, and talk shit on all the other YouTubers while my dog licked her ass in the background.

I want to make hammocks in the Outer Banks or own a super awesome dog boarding kennel. Both are viable retirement plan options for me.

A job that has just enough satisfaction to not want to quit it, that offers financial stability, so I can ride out the time here on Earth until I slide into the six foot deep hole.
