Berries. They're easy to get a hold of and taste great, especially in a smoothie.

Salsa gets my vote. Fresh pico de gallo is very healthy, but even most store bought salsa is pretty damn healthy compared to most dips/condiments.

Garlic.
Improves the taste of almost all savory foods, tastes incredible when roasted, filled with antioxidants and great for the immune system.
It's a bitch to peel but other than that? As vital to the kitchen as pots and dishes.

Water is like the healthiest thing you can drink and nothing beats a refreshing glass of cold water.

I remember in high school health class we had to track everything we ate or drank for a week, the teacher (who was the school nurse) said at the end of the week that any water drank would be part of the"junk food" group because water has no nutritional value. Everyone was pissed because it made it so that everyone's diet was in the"wildly unhealthy" range from having too many"junk food" servings. I have no clue how that woman actually had a nursing degree without having any understanding of nutrition.

Apples, absolutely delicious when crunchy.

Eggs. You just have to mix then with water, oil, sugar, flour, and cocoa powder, then put it in a cake pan bake them for 30 minutes at 350°.

Using the proper seasonings pretty much anything healthy can taste good if you don't mind the texture. My wife is the spice wizard and we eat not only healthy but tasty every day.

Hummus. Damn that shit is good.
I never ate hummus till I was about 23 because I thought it was only healthy people who ate it by dipping carrots into it and it looked super bland and boring.
Went to America where hummus is really popular and lived for the first time.
In the UK the brand in the green pot (sabra) is a league above all the other hummus. I could eat 5 tubs of that at once.

Scallops are WAY healthier than they taste. They taste like they are fatty and rich and they fill you up very quickly, but they are basically pure protein, with magnesium, and B12.
