People are becoming more selfish.Technology, no fitness, drama. People just don't care anymore. It would be nice to see someone showing chivalry.

There are still chivalrous men out there and treat women like queens.

With feminists around, chivalry will be dead soon.

There are still gentlemen in this crazy world. Men aren't all a**holes.

Everyone's busy minding their own business. Nobody opens doors or pulls out chairs now. You're on your own.

I don't think chivalry is dead. There are still men who can be trusted and are gentlemen.

We live in the modern times. Chivalry is outdated.

With so much women empowerment and men getting bashed, I don't think that'll help keep chivalry alive.

I'd say people rely on technology and social interactions more now. Chivalry is fast fading away.

It truly charms me when I see old couples hold hands in public, married folks who aren’t afraid to act young and in love, long-time pairs who never get tired of making each other feel grand.

One reason for a decline of male chivalry is the vanishing payoff. Women no longer reciprocate for chivalry via good old fashioned gestures like cooking, homemaking, praise, and affection that would have occurred. Today they don’t even receive a thank you.

Women appear to be doing very well for themselves; they are well decked out with material goods, they display increasing body-freedom and body-pride, and their entry into workplace and careers is unprecedented. Women are empowered now.

Chivalry is dead because men do not see any reason why they should be nice to women who are not nice to them. Let's admit it, a lot of women take nice guys for granted.

If a man sends you flowers these days, he will be expecting sex the following day or that very day in the evening. Chivalry is dead.
