The amount of calories you burn also depends on your lean tissue versus fat mass.Everyone has different metabolic rates as well. I think this helps a lot because it's personalized.

I've heard of these fitness gadgets but I haven't tried it. I don't really need it because I just do brisk walking and some jogging.
