You could try dieting if you don't have time for exercise. There are so many diets to choose from. I did lose weight on the South Beach diet. I have a thing for trying out the new diets and see which one would work on me.

Yeah this is fun. I've tried it and I find it more enjoyable than yoga. I sweat more and I feel the results of losing weight are faster.
