When negotiating people especially those companies that are as huge as no one, better know first your client. Let them tell you their life story and as if you are the only one who wants to listen. Talk to them nicely too. Always smile! And of course, time for negotiating, let them trust you and make a deal that as if it is your last.

Talk to your client as if you know him/her for a long time. Listen to your client because they need it. Understand them too.

I always use"KYC" Know Your Client to close the deal.

I listen to the client as much as possible and know their wants and don'ts. If there's a need of a little help, show your client that you are the right person to help them.
