The ban of Trump on the 7 muslim countries is a horrible move in my opinion especially since the initial move was to ban even the US citizens

I can't believe that man! This is a horrible move which is unconstitutional. Accdg to the Immigration Act of 1965, the president may not refuse to give visas to immigrants coming to live in the United States permanently due to their nationality.

That's the problem with having a businessman instead of a lawyer in power. For businessman, it's all about the bottom line regardless of who got hurt...

If it was unconstitutional, how was he able to proceed with the travel restrictions?

Well, he signed an executive order and i think it takes effect immediately hence, it took awhile for the judges to review the EO and deem that it's unconstitutional.

The judges are idiots to not realize that this was unconstitutional immediately!

afraid of what? That's part of their job to uphold the rights of the people from oppressors. They can't be afraid.

I can't believe that it has been approved. You would think that the leaders of the world would be smarter than this.

It's less remarkable a claim than it sounds. With regards to national security, the courts have frequently conceded: Judges don't have the foggiest idea about the dangers the nation is confronting, the contention goes, so they have to concede to the official branch when national security is in question.
