By now you're sick of hearing that sitting is the new smoking. Yes, being sedentary all the time ain't great. But standing all the time doesn't make up for it.

A growing body of research suggests that many of the benefits claimed by standing desk evangelists are overblown. Simply put, there's no substitute for good, old fashioned exercise.

Misleading Article that is assuming people stand at their desk for 6-8 hours. Get up and get active!

It doesn’t replace exercise but it is good for you spine to stand rather than sit all day.

I know people who find standing to work preferable. As with everything, it doesn't work for everyone.

There’s a psychological benefit- keeps the blood flowing & helps to keep some on their toes haha I’m hilarious!

I like the flexibility to stand or sit as needed. My chiropractor appreciates it! I feel the difference... especially when I work from home and have a regular stationary desk.
