there are particular patterns inside an organization that may contrast from some different offices and that can change each three to four months and is especially relying upon what their customers are searching for in a model.

The model doesn't matter. What the people is looking forward are the dresses.

Yes, I think so.

I agree. They have to change it and give other models a chance to get the spotlight.

I think that is a good idea. Choose other models so they will be given a chance to walk with passion.

So what is wrong with the old models by the way?

Host
Why? What's wrong with the old standards, age and size?

I think there's nothing wrong with their old standard, what they need to know is additional qualification for the models.

Yeah! Change it! Higher your standards and please, go get models that are beautiful inside and out.

I think they need to include more plus size models in their lineup. They need to be realistic with regards to height and body type. We're not all skinny beanpoles.

It depends on what the designers want. If they still go for tall skinny models, other models wouldn't have any jobs. Why would agencies want to retain models that aren't in demand?

I don't think they need to. Designers have specific standards and that's what agencies look for. If they do change their standards, they could end up losing money.

Yes. Models and real people are so different. They should find models that are more relatable to normal people. Clothes would look good on models but they should consider the consumers who will buy the clothes.

They should have models with all kinds of size and shape. It would be better for them because they would be viewed positively. There are more plus sized models now and that's a good sign.

Maybe they should stop looking for super skinny models. It's so unhealthy. They should closely monitor their models to make sure they're healthy.

True. I hate seeing boney models. It gives people the wrong impression. It's about time they look for models that are healthier.

Modeling agencies should be realistic. They should represent all body types and not just the skinny ones. People are sick of seeing skinny anorexic models.

I don't think so. Models do know what is needed from them and it's part of their job to be skinny. They know what they're getting themselves into.

Maybe. People have been noticing the lack of plus sized models and they should take note of that. People are wary of the usual models they see on the runway.
