I see selfies as narcissistic. You don't have to take so much pictures of yourself so people would admire and comment on your looks. If you want to be relevant, take pictures of people who need help. That would be better than posting your pictures.

True. I read somewhere that people who take too much selfies have a mental disorder. People seek validation. It's pathetic.

They need people to see they're looking good. They need compliments to feel good about themselves so I would agree with the mental disorder thing. Narcissistic?
