I don't have Obamacare but I think if congress wants to repeal it, they should give up their healthcare that's payed for by our taxes. You can't have this everyone for themselves attitude while receiving healthcare partly from the people who you want to see go without healthcares taxes. Fair is fair so Turtle Man, repeal YOUR healthcare package while you're at it.

Can we stop with the abortion comments? It's ridiculous solely for the fact Egyptians had abortions, so did the rest of the world and they have been performed for over 5000 years.

and yet, in 21st century America we treat the unborn like yesterdays trash

How did we end up talking about abortions, while the article makes perfectly clear that the dead fetus was miscarried and not aborted. Anyway as a historian I find the information really interesting. Lets learn from the past!

All yall making snudey comments about the costs issues CLEARLY do not know a dang thing about research and didn't read the article. There is NO SUCH THING as Free!!!!! You don't need to make those kind of complaints if you don't work for a research group/museum/hospital or anything else havibg to do with cts and historical artifacts

When the History Channel social media has more history than the actual channel

What I find interesting is that they didn't discard the fetuses like meaningless pieces of flesh did they? So maybe this implies they believe babies to be soulful human babies even before birth or say 20 weeks.....

Just shows how they acknowledged the fact that those babies were just as human as anyone else. Beautiful how they respected their deceased premature babies. Maybe we should learn to respect the babies that are killed every day and not call them"fetal tissue."

This machine is probobly owned by the research program. If not, the researchers paid for the scan! Stop talking about health care it's not relevant.

Oh wow, technology has come a long ways, what a discovery. Looking forward to seeing more articles as they continue their research.

Remember when History Channel made shows about this kind of stuff? Maybe you should go back to that.

Possibly the youngest? I'm no reproduction expert, but how much younger can you get than fetus?
2 y

Interesting. It appears ancient Egyptians knew a 20 week fetus was a human being worthy of respect.????
