Meditation is part of my daily routine and sometimes I try and fit it in twice a day. As for yoga, I have always wanted to try but I think by now I waited to long as I am getting old. :-D

I go for yoga at least once a week. It helps relax me and also has many benefits for the health. It helps me release all the stress from my work week.

I do yoga. It has toned my muscles and increased my flexibility. It is very relaxing for me. I get to release all the stress in my body and mind.

I meditate every morning before I even start my busy day. I feel more active mentally and physically.

Yoga is pretty nice. My wife loves it and I am starting to like it too. I am having my next yoga session next week.

When I wanna relax, I simply stay at home. I play some music and just chill. My home is still the happiest place to be.

I do not have any specific place to go when I want to relax. Sometimes I just stay at home, sometimes I go to the spa. Wherever.

Yoga is a nice form of meditation. It can help a lot in clearing off your mind.

I spend 1-2 hours daily in a gym to keep my body in a good shape and I occasionally join my gf in her yoga sessions. I like it!
