Anything that's green and leafy and reduces the use of processed food and condiments is healthy.

yes agree. any diet that includes a green leafy vegetables is a good diet.

I wish I can be like that! hahaha it's a chore to even eat vegetables that's not in my burger once a day.

agree. everything right now has chemicals and pesticides so it's better to eat organic pesticide free vegetables.
