It is definitely a trend now as almost 60% more people all have at least a tattoo, but now it represents in a different way compare to what it was before

I am probably the poster child in terms of supporting tattooing as an art form, as I believe that it is exactly that: an art form. I'm not exactly talking about the smudge of a winged heart that you have just above your crotch , however, even there I can support and promote the freedom of expression and just the ownership over your own body. I think that people really underestimate the luxury of claiming that their body is really and truly , 100% and without any doubt, their own, as either the media or society did not get to it first. So although the meaning and symbolism has changed drastically, I wouldn't necessarily say that it's a bad change.

I just got a new tattoo on on my forearm. When I was growing up, my parents always told me to get tattoo in a place where it isn't visible, because no one will give me a job. But the times are changing, and now, if someone doesn't want to hire me because of my tattoos I simply don't want to work for them.

Of course it is. I think almost everyone now has a tattoo.
