I do not know why he wont' say Radical Islam but he is right it would not change anything. He advised the issue needs to be solved no matter what the label we are putting on it. He sounds a little agitated in this speech.

Yes we know who the enemy is Obama. We also know that you are doing nothing to address this issue. If you want us to believe the US and Russians cannot handle ISIS you are crazy. It is clear you are helping ISIS not fighting them. You wanted to use them against Asad and it back fired on you.

Looks like he said it in this speech. Lol. I will agree it seems kind of odd how for the past years he dances around that phrase. I also agree with him in saying what does it matter what we call it we need to find a solution.

He won't say it because he knows it is a lie. Most of what they are telling us is a lie. You really think ISIS is and Radical Islamist are doing all these bombings and killings. There are much more dangerous groups out there trust me.

He just could not resist taking a shot at Donald Trump directly. I still did not hear one thing about how he is going to address the issue. He is on his way out he could care less. We need to get out of their country. It would seem we are at war with Muslims, because we won't leave them alone.

I agree who are these people that are doing their job? The chaos is getting more and more intense. Who are we fighting? We went from ISIS to him talking about all Muslims. I am a little confused about this. He plainly said the Orlando shooting had nothing to do with ISIS. Interesting.

He definitely has a problem with this term. Overall I did like the speech and he made some very good points. It is hard for me to believe we are working as hard as we can. If we can do what he is saying we would be better off.

He is a little misleading about the surveillance. His office is already doing that not only to Muslims to everyone. He is right also it does not make us more safe so they should stop.

Obama speaking the truth once again!

What does it matter? Can we please just stop the killings. He knows who and what they are I could care less what he calls them.

That is what I am saying. The name means nothing. I do note we must do a better job but I think the President is doing the best he can on this one. I hope at least. :-D

Don't know why he waiting so long to have this conversation either. This should have been a press conference about a year ago. He will be leaving soon guess he needed to get this off his chest.

He waited so long because he is feeling guilty. Deep inside he knows that ISIS goes no further than our government allows them to go. Not saying it is all his fault, but he is the President and he has chosen to do nothing to stop it.

Everyone is missing the point that we mess with them all the time. The little violence that they blame on ISIS is nothing to what we have done. If you were looking at American through Afghan news you would think the US was ISIS.

Sonya it is simple. ISIS has American equipment and the President won't label them. He won't even bomb them. He tries to use them in Syria to fight with us.

I am so glad to hear I am not the only person who thinks we created ISIS. We can even debate how they came about but the debate over where they are getting their weapons is obsolete. I know american guns and artillery when I see it .

If we can skip the politically correct speech for just a little bit and get something done. That would be nice. I think Obama has enough on his plate and enough to do other holding press conferences talking about Twitter and labels.

The roots of this go back to the earliest days of the Obama presidency, when Fox News’ Sean Hannity said more than six years ago Obama"won’t even use the term ‘war on terrorism."

They seem to have a problem when he won't label something they way they want it labeled. We just need results. War on terrorism was a big fail and it seems this Radical Islam push will be a fail also.

Hillary Clinton explained on Sunday that she won't use the term"radical Islam" because it"sounds like we are declaring war against a religion."
