What is really going on around the world. Again! Really! There is too much technology out there for this to keep happening. Someone is going to have to answer for this one.

Too many people are dying for no reason. My heart goes out to the families of the people who died. It seems to not be safe to go anywhere anymore. Are we suppose to just sit at home and never do anything?

That is what they want us to do Samantha. We cannot let anyone take away our freedoms or our guns. If we all have to band together with our guns and go out together that is what we will do. If the government cannot keep us safe we must do it ourselves.

Reported: However, despite the tight security at Europe’s third-busiest air hub and even being shot by airport police, the assailants managed to almost reach the security checkpoints of the arrivals hall and detonate their explosive devices.

I am totally done away by this. So they had the terrorists in their site shot them and still could not stop them. Who are fighting Rambo. This is some real stinky crap people. Police never miss when they killing innocent people. They get clear shots at terrorists with suicide vests on and they can't empty the clip. I am done.

Once again a country has let it's people down. I agree Jonathan this time they actually had a chance to stop this massacre. It is just sad. This did make me think how many terrorists attacks do they stop before they happen? I am assuming that information is classified and we will never know.

I agree guys this has to stop. Every morning I wake up I am expecting to see something crazy happening on the news. For the past few months they have not let me down. Countries have too many satellites and too much money to not control this better.

Three suicide bombers strike Istanbul Ataturk airport
Around 41 people killed and 230 wounded
Turkey PM says Islamic State most likely suspects
Third busiest airport in Europe, high security location. Why before anyone knew what happened did they think Islamic State was most likely the suspect. Something does not sound right here.

Isil had called for attacks during the holy month of Ramadan, and have focused attention on Turkey, which is currently bidding to join the European Union. Are they saying that Turkey wanting to join the EU had something to do with this?

Still no word from ISIS. I must say I am a little surprised. I am not one to rush to judgement but just going off the past I was waiting for them to make a statement.

Officials believe the men -- identified by state media as being from Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan -- entered Turkey about a month ago from the ISIS stronghold of Raqqa in Syria, bringing with them the suicide vests and bombs used in the attack.

A lot of the pictures and videos are coming out. Just sad to see human life lost for no reason. The families are in my prayers. Everyone should be praying for a better day.

National security analyst Peter Bergen said the revelation of the Istanbul attackers' nationalities will serve to"open people's eyes to the fact that there's a very substantial Russian, former Soviet Union, presence within ISIS, both in terms of the foot soldiers and the leaders."

Now they are trying to expand what group of people should scare us. I am not falling for this one. I don't really care what background a person comes from that person is the problem not his background affiliations. Come on people let us stop playing this game.

I have heard and seen three or four different stories on who is responsible. I have seen no stories on how we can prevent this from happening. There must be a way to keep the people safe. At least so that people with bombs are not getting into airports. i do not think that is asking for much.

There does not seem to be many news stations covering this story. I was trying to find out updates and no reputable website has anything newer than four days ago. What is going on is everyone trying to get their lie together.

Colbert was the only late-night host to mention the attack. Everyone chimed in on the Orlando shooting, but Jimmy Kimmel, James Corden, Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon made no public displays of grief over what happened in Istanbul. There was no message of solidarity.

That’s a pretty good example of what sets Colbert apart as a late-night host but also, perhaps, what makes him less successful in the ratings game. He’s more interested in talking about what’s happening around the globe than recruiting celebrities to do wacky gimmicks. He isn’t an expert about the pop-culture things late-night hosts are supposed to know about. He doesn’t even know enough about singer Demi Lovato to do an interview without sticking his foot in his mouth
