The Galaxy Note 7 is very clearly another complementary piece to sit above the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, and for that reason it has a lot in common with those phones. The internal specs are nearly identical, and that means it has also inherited the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge's waterproofing and great cameras as well. With a dual-curved screen, the Note 7 also has the"Edge UX" software found on the Galaxy S7 edge.

I am still holding on to my Note 3. No dents no scratches. As soon as it gives out I will upgrading to this one. It looks like something from the future.

Samsung innovates technology so fast I am still happy with my S5 that no longer exists in the Market. I can wait for another 2-3 years to own this. I can't burn my pocket just to own this lols!

These phones are getting better and better. Fingerprint, facial recognition now Iris scanning. I can't wait for the DNA recognition... a little swab comes out and you place some saliva on it or a drop of blood. 2035 they'll have soul recognition.

Did they have to compare with iPhone in their ad?

Only way Samsung can compete with Apple is if they make their own OS(Operating System) that can work smoothly with the hardware in their phones.

Samsung certainly does have expandable storage. You should have seen the size of my battery when it had swollen up. Not to mention the painfully slowness of it after time went on. No problems with iPhone.

I was hoping for something better other than software updates. We have so much wearable technology now that cell phones must come out with something awesome to catch my attention.

The curved display is the headline trait, but even that’s come a long way since it was first used on the ill-fated Galaxy Note Edge. It’s even been improved over the one on the Galaxy S7 Edge, as the curve is less obvious and, well, less curvy. It juts down at a steeper angle and takes less screen real estate away, but it’s just as eye-catching as ever.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is the large-screen phone for 2016 that Android power users have been anxiously waiting to upgrade to, and it takes several cues from the Galaxy S7 Edge.
