One minute thin is in and thick is out and the next minute the tables turn and your self perception must just change along with that - so says the media. I agree, you can never win if you want to fit the mold of the media, as it changes all the time. Finding an inner sense of self, and what your personal weight, and body standards for you as an individual, can only lead to a life of happiness, acceptance, and health.

When you look good, you feel good about yourself. I always see to it that I am in a healthy shape all the time. It takes discipline.

I've stuck to an exercise regimen and I've lost a lot of weight. I wanted to be fit, lean and healthy. Looking good really helps boost self confidence. It made me feel better about myself.

I stopped starving myself and took care of my health. I exercise and I eat a lot. I go to the gym several times a week. I loved getting in shape and feeling healthy.

I've always made time to workout. I just feel it makes me more energetic. I don't eat as healthy but I like staying fit.

My parents had me see a nutritionist because I was skinny. I've been following a diet so I gain weight. I also have some vitamins to help me gain. I'm happier now with my body.

I eat right and I exercise. I don't want to be skinny, I want to be fit. I dance, run and go to the gym. I like getting to exercise because I feel happier and more energetic.

There is no short cut to having a fit body. It's about hard work and eating right. I wish there was a magic formula for it but it all depends on your commitment to reaching your goal.

I've always been into running. I run as much as I can and it's the best exercise for me. I started to watch what I eat because my family has lots of health issues. I was more conscious of my food intake and it has helped me stay healthy and fit.

I cut down on rice and meat. I'm still adjusting from the change in my diet. I love going to the gym and seeing those really buff guys around inspire me to work harder to get that kind of body.

I got into shape because of yoga. It has helped me increased muscle tone and be more flexible. It has helped improve my health as well. My blood sugar has lowered and I have better digestion now.

I love working out but I'm not necessarily strict about what I eat. I want to look hot but still happy that I can eat what I want.

I do yoga and cardio exercises. I like to stay healthy and have some form of exercise. I don't get to do it as much as I can but I feel good about myself.

I have tried to lose weight with diets but they didn't work for me. I went to the gym and started working out regularly. I have managed to have a healthy lifestyle now.
