Well for me it's a phase. Lock myself in my house with plenty of wine, chips, chocolate, and pizza. Why pizza? Because it can be delivered so you don't need to leave the house and it still taste great cold so, no cooking. After a day or two, cry to your friends and watch comedies that you don't laugh at. The next day work-out because of all the junk you ate. After that, rebuild yourself, move on, and go have fun again. That's how I bounce back!

Break ups can be messy. I was out drinking and partying when we broke up. I was always with my friends and I was so happy to be free. The aloneness sunk in after a few weeks and it was the worse part. I thought I was over her but it hit me hard. I had to keep busy. I worked out more than usual. I travelled and I worked so hard so I don't think about her.

I binged on ice cream and cried my eyes out with my friends. After a few days of feeling sorry for myself, I got a short haircut and went to the gym. I needed to burn off the excess emotion through working out.

Get involved in something that you enjoy doing so your attention is focused on something else.

Break-up is hard to overcome. But if you will accept that your relation is over, and you will look forward to what tomorrow may bring. Moving on will be on your way.

It was really hard. I cried myself to sleep and I ate ice cream a lot. It was the same cycle for a week till I got tired of crying. I went to the gym and focused my energy there. I lost a lot of weight and I had my confidence back again.
