The media, and society, have been choosing the standards, and making the decisions of"beauty" throughout history. Resulting in insecurities, body dismorphia, self hatred, and body disorders, over the devastating fact that we will never be good enough. Now is the time, probably the first ever, where we have the right, as well as the privilege, to decide, and follow our own standard of beauty. Allowing us to be happy, in the healthiest way possible, and at our own pace, and our own standard.

It is so refreshing, and extremely liberating, to be part of a system where my appearance is not my defining feature. Yes, there is still so much pressure from the media to look a certain way, from models, to advertisements, etc. Yet, fundamentally, it is up to me at the end of the day, and I will not be exiled as an outcast if I do not follow a certain diet, or exercise fad, or wear a certain size dress. Now, it is just about being healthy, for men and women, which is the best that we have achieved thus far in the aesthetics of humankind.

I go to the gym twice a week but I also run and hike. I eat what I like but I exercise to burn off the calories. I don't have a six pack and all I want is to stay fit and healthy. I don't care if people have all those muscles and abs. I'm happy with my body.

Exactly, it's not about having the six pack, or those chiseled abs. It is about being healthy, and living in the body that you are happy with. I do the exercise that I do, because I enjoy it. The fact that it helps me stay fit, is simply a bonus.

I do my own exercise daily simply to get fit and look better. I feel great seeing that I am physically fit. Of course I do it for myself and not because it is trendy or because I worry about how other people see me.

I exercise regularly. Not only does it keep me fit but it also helps me with stress management. I like being active. I still have a weight goal and I'm pushing myself to achieve that.

I like working out. I also eat in moderation. I stopped starving myself to be skinny. I came to my senses soon enough and I'm much happier living the healthy life.

I've always made time for working out. I like to stay active. I don't eat as healthy but I'm fit. I don't believe in diets.

I am trying to eat and live healthy now. I'm seeing a nutritionist to help me gain weight. I need to do this for myself. I may not be skinny but at least I'm healthy.

I like to dance and run. I also go to the gym once in a while. Staying fit is important to me. It prevents me from getting high blood pressure and other health problems.

I stay active by walking, going to the gym, running and swimming. There are so many activities I get myself into. I like to exercise so I can eat what I want once in a while. I'll burn off the calories anyway.

I am conscious of what I eat and I exercise as well. My family has a lot of health issues so I need to be aware of my food intake. I need to take care of myself so I can live long and still do what I wish to accomplish in life.

I've lessened eating meat and rice. It has significantly helped me lose weight. I also exercise so I'd see results fast.

I've been doing yoga and it has greatly improved my health. Yoga has so many benefits I encourage people to try it out. It helps relax your mind while getting a nice workout. Watching what you eat also makes it more effective.

I workout a lot so I can eat what I want. I have a sweet tooth and I love chips so I need to burn the calories and workout more. I don't believe in starving myself.
