Fitness with yoga
Yoga has worked better than any fitness, or gym program that I have ever tried.
I had to do Yoga during High School after several injuries, as well as after school due to back problems. Yet, It is still the type of fitness program, or lifestyle, that I would choose today. It is incredibly effective, in terms of fitness. People don't realise how much good it can do for your body in general.
