Amend the constitution to abolish all slavery; including the convicted. Slavery does not rehabilitate.

I don't know enough about the criminal justice system and the conditions in prison. Not all criminals can be rehabilitated and violent offenders do need to be put away, but incarcerating people for being poor is not okay.

I'm worried that privatization is more of a symptom, with the real problem being the harsh mandatory minimum sentences for victimless crimes. These mandatory sentences are the reason behind America's horrendous incarceration rate.

We should also axe the DEA and ICE for violating the natural and SDP rights to use drugs and to migrate freely. That would likewise reduce incarceration rates.

We must begin the long and difficult process of legally defining those behind the corporatization of the prisons as the domestic enemies of ethnic minorities, the alternative Left, and working class.

The absurdity of privatizing prisons, institutions whose purpose is to rehabilitate, so that their economic motivations no longer match up with their social missions, has for years been at the forefront of conversations regarding criminal-justice reform.
