I will admit that I ate fast food a lot when I was younger but now that we are more educated on how bad it is for you I stay away!!

Yeah we do sometimes. I like to cook my own food just to be on the safe side. I do love McD's fries though. That's my guilty pleasure.

Yes, we do. Once in a while. When there's no time to cook, we just grab fast food.

I often eat fast food but I'm trying to eat healthy now. It's just hard because I'm always on the go and it's convenient.

Rarely. We've been feeding our grandkids mostly home cooking. I don't make a mean french fries like McDonald's but it's better for them to be aware of eating healthy at a young age.

Yes, who doesn't? Not everyday though. Just when I'm in a hurry and need a quick bite.

We eat once a week. It's a reward for the kids when they did good for the week. It's something they look forward to but we still try to regulate what they order so they don't get too much calories.

Guilty! I do get fast food for my kids. I know it's bad but we just can't avoid it sometimes. Good thing my kids are active and burn off the calories.

Yes. My wife and I always get breakfast somewhere. We bring our grandkids too.

My parents discourage us. So we always have home cooked meals. My mom and dad are great cooks. Too bad all their kids hate cooking.

Fast food really packs on the pounds but sometimes you just need a quick bite while on the go. It's also the fastest way to a kid's heart.

Fast food menus are dubious when you're watching your weight or your wellbeing. Finding a solid, all around adjusted dinner in most fast food eateries is a test. However, there are constantly more advantageous alternatives covered up among the eating regimen catastrophes. You simply need to know where to look and how to arrange.

My parents are on strict doctor's orders to eat healthy and stick to their diets. We try to avoid fast food as much as we can.

Good for them. My dad still stuffs his face with junk despite doc's orders. He said if he's gonna die anyway, he might as well die happy haha

Yes but who doesn't? Everybody eats fast food. If someone actually said no they don't eat fast food, then that would be a lie. Everyone eats fast food at least once in their lives. Haha

Yup. Dad used to bribe us when we were kids with fast food. Until now he does it with my nephews and nieces and it never fails. Some habits die hard.

Yes. We'd eat less of fast food if we had time to make meals. I just eat in the car when I need to rush somewhere. My family also has that habit.

Yes, it's our guilty pleasure. Our family always gets cravings so we get fast food. It's the fastest way to satisfy ourselves. Too lazy to cook sometimes.
