yeah, Turkey eggs are twice as big why we don't eat them? It's bigger but it's also more pricy and they don't have eggs as often as chicken do.

Americans will dine on white and dark turkey meat this Thanksgiving, with some using the giblets for stuffing. Still, even on turkey day, most people will start their morning with chicken eggs. Why are turkey eggs so unpopular?

The unpopularity of turkey eggs is not restricted to North America but is universal. Here the word un-popular does not equate to unappealing but more to unavailability.

I would definitely try turkey eggs. I have tried many eggs, ostrich, quail, duck etc, but it's not common because these birds have a specific laying season.

The disagreeability of turkey eggs is not limited to North America but rather is general. Here the word un-prevalent does not liken to unappealing but rather more to inaccessibility.
