Brazilian Ob-Gyne dances with patients who are in labour.

A 2014 study found that women who dance experience less pain and experts say that hip circle and standing can get baby in a position for birth.

If my doctor tried to make me dance while I was in back labor, I would have lost it. Epidural and a nap is all I want.
