MMA is tougher. You need to fight different techniques so you need to be well rounded.

Boxing is tough. You get hit a lot in the head and that's really dangerous.

MMA gets you more injuries than boxing. Boxing looks so tame compared to MMA.

MMA is hardcore. Boxing is just one sport but MMA has wrestling, boxing and other styles of fighting rolled in one sport.

I box and I can say it's tough. Blows to the head can cause brain damage.

They're both tough and painful. I could never watch these sports. Too violent.

Training for MMA is harder. You could break bones and get injuries just by learning the sport.

MA of course. Boxing is so tame compared to MMA. They fight shorter but it's bloodier.

MMA hands down. They get beaten up and bloodied all over not like boxing.

MMA is a lot more exciting because it's tougher. Boxing takes a long time and the action is ho hum.

I'd say boxing. Broken ribs and brain damage is scary. It could lead to a lot of long term health issues.

I'd choose MMA. The fighters are bigger, tougher and are really good with different fighting styles. They're better than boxing.
