I always let the holidays be my time off. If I am working out each day all year taking off one or two days for the holiday is not going to do anything to my body I am sure. If you are trying to reach a goal in a time frame then I understand.

Same here. I am not going to stress myself while family is around during the holidays. I am going to eat grandmas cooking and be happy about it.

I am perfectly fine with that. I agree with most on this subject and the holidays are for enjoying time with friends and family not counting calories. I have never dieted during the holidays and I am fit and in shape baby!!!!
