If this does eradicate cancer, this is great news. I've always donated to cancer research and finally having a cure will definitely help so many people. I do hope this is effective. What do you guys think of this new development?

If I were in a situation wherein I wouldn't lose anything anyway, then, I'd go for it.

It may be some time before T cell researchers claim a decisive victory over cancer but genetic engineering has provided new weapons, bringing the hope of much more effective treatments in future. Crossing my fingers that these will work!

Wow, this is the first I heard of this. I would definitely take this into consideration should I need it in the future.

It'll definitely be very expensive if it does happen. Only a few will be able to afford making people feel worse. That is the major disadvantage for me.

Gene editing can be used in a variety of diseases from rare inherited disorders in childhood, to infections and even cancer. I am really hopeful that this works in eradicating cancer.

The CRISPR does look promising but I am not quite sure how I feel about it. We're not supposed to play with God and pick out what we want and what we don't want. Soon will have a world like Gattaca. It's not gonna be pretty.
